• The participant is obliged to comply with the fair schedule announced by the organizer. The participant must completely evacuate the booth and the fairground by January 31, 2027, at 12:00 at the latest. The organizer is not responsible for the security of any materials, equipment, and goods remaining in the area after this hour.

• In the event that the use of the booth or fairground continues after 12:00, a hall occupation fee will be accrued for each hour, and all incurred fees will be invoiced to the participant company.

• We accept, declare, and undertake that we have read and accepted the Fair Participation Contract and all terms and provisions determined by Tureks Uluslararası Fuarcılık A.Ş. on the reverse side of the contract; and that we agree to pay the contract value in line with the specified payment plan and maturities. This contract enters into force as of the date of signature and cannot be unilaterally terminated by the participant.

• In case of non-compliance with the payment dates specified in the contract, a maturity difference at the commercial rediscount interest rate over Turkish Lira will be applied to the delayed amounts. The participant accepts, declares, and undertakes to pay the contract value and the related interests in the event that the contract is canceled for any reason.

• The stamp duty and related legal obligations arising from this contract belong to the participant company.
